How we are helping our CAMHS Partners to reduce waiting times for children and young people right now

Our multi-disciplinary clinical team takes referrals directly from local CAMHS teams, providing fast access for Children and Young People to mental health assessments and evidence based therapies. We are able to stand up a new service and take large volumes of referrals in a matter of weeks, quickly reducing waiting times and alleviating pressure on local CAMHs teams.

Our highly qualified clinical and dedicated safeguarding teams work alongside CAMHs teams, as an extension of local clinical pathways and our NHS partners trust us to deliver a safe and effective service.

Services are delivered through Healios’ accessible and secure digital clinical platform and we consistently achieve positive clinical outcomes, with 87% of children and young people reporting improved wellbeing and resilience.

Services we can offer

Healios is not a self-help app, an automated AI solution, or an insourcing model that places staff into hospital settings.

We provide clinical mental health services using an online delivery approach, creating a flexible pathway that integrates into existing NHS services. Our services are provided by experienced clinicians, using our bespoke clinical portal to connect with clients and integrate with local pathways.

Depending on need, our service includes:

  • Clinical triage
  • Mental health assessment/clinical formulation
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Trauma focussed CBT
  • Goal Based Interventions
  • Clinical interventions within Mental Health in Schools Teams – including work with parents/carers
  • Multidisciplinary clinical input
  • Neurodevelopmental assessments, pre/post diagnostic support and psychoeducation
