"I was seeking the opportunity to work in a more flexible way around my personal life with family and childcare needs when I came across Healios. Healios were a provider that I was already aware of as a mental health professional. Having reached out to the recruitment team I really felt the associate role was something that would tick those boxes and would allow me also to continue to work within an area that I am incredibly passionate about. The team are incredibly supportive and seeing so much flexibility in working creates and protects such a positive work environment. My time and space is respected. I would highly recommend those seeking fair pay, flexibility and a positive work environment to consider an associate role within Healios".

Gemma Green, Associate Clinician, Mental Health

"I think the main driver is being able to choose a workload that works for me. Working times of the day I know I'm productive. I know several clinicians who have ADHD and the timing of sessions really does make or break them. I'm a mom of three. No job gives us the time we need off. The option to scale back availability a little or increase is so precious. Healios has heart. It doesn't feel like a business. Healios have treated me with compassion at every step of the way. Even when I left to explore other possibilities they were still supportive."

Ellie Fisher – Associate Clinician, Neurodevelopment

"Working as an associate with Healios is good in that it is flexible, and the work with the families and young people is interesting. There is a mixture of work, which helps you to apply training that you acquired over the years. There is also support that is robust with the Clinical Specialist that will answer most of your questions."

Patience Mawema, Associate Clinician, Mental Health
