Healios Private Care services
Mental health assessment and support
Over three sessions, a team of clinicians will work with you to develop a shared understanding of your child and family’s needs. We’ll carry out an assessment, create a tailored care plan and answer any questions you have. In your third session, we’ll go through our findings and discuss helpful next steps, which could involve further support from Healios. We’ll also share a report with you.
If you continue your journey with Healios, you’ll be able to book a block of three sessions with a suitable clinician. Each session will be tailored to your child’s needs using principles from relevant therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and more. The overall aim is to improve emotional wellbeing, promote resilience and develop enhanced coping skills.
