Christmas closure

Healios will be closed from 4pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025 until 8am on Friday 2 January 2026.

If you would like to contact us before then, please call 0330 124 4222 or email [email protected].

We wish you a safe festive period and look forward to continuing to support more children, young people, adults and families in 2026.

Whilst Healios supports children, young people, adults and families with neurodevelopmental and mental health services, we are not an emergency or crisis service.

If you need urgent support, please call 999 or visit your nearest A&E.

Our people

Providing remote care to children, young people and their families requires a huge range of skills, making our team highly collaborative and diverse.

From clinicians to developers, financial controllers, business analysts and more, everyone at Healios comes to work each day knowing they are making a difference. By hiring people who connect strongly with our values, we’ve built a compassionate community of professionals.

Work that works for you

As a digital healthcare company, we know how transformative technology can be, so it didn’t take a pandemic for Healios to offer flexible and remote working opportunities.

While a small number of roles are based in our London head office, the vast majority of our teams have worked remotely since Healios was founded in 2013. This means the children and young people we support can access experts from across the UK and our teams can maintain a strong sense of work-life balance.

Staying connected

When it comes to working remotely, digital doesn’t have to mean distance. We don’t just use tools like Slack and Google Meet to collaborate, we use them to connect.

Celebrate food, reading or pets in one of our community channels. Use the donut app to arrange a coffee with someone you’ve never met before. Or join Walking Wednesdays to get active and share your love of the great outdoors.

Need some extra support? Our Mental Health First Aiders are on hand. Having trained with Mental Health First Aid England, this team of 11 volunteers is available to provide a listening ear should you ever need it.
