Our online neurodevelopmental services support children, young people and adults with suspected or diagnosed autism and ADHD.
Autism and ADHD assessments
Healios delivers structured online autism and ADHD assessments, following NICE clinical guidance. These services can be commissioned separately or as part of a combined neurodevelopmental pathway.
Core-needs assessment
Core-needs assessments help identify key areas of difficulty, strengths and priorities for support, informing ongoing care plans and education or workplace adjustments.
Post-assessment support services
Following an autism or ADHD assessment, post-diagnostic support helps individuals and families explore the outcome with a clinician and offers signposting for further support.
ADHD medication
Where commissioned, Healios can provide ADHD medication and ongoing review in partnership with local teams.
Mental health treatment and support
Our online mental health services support children, young people and adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Through our Integrated Therapeutic Services (ITS) approach, we recognise that mental health needs often sit alongside neurodevelopmental differences, allowing us to deliver tailored care plans.
Mental health assessments
Comprehensive online mental health assessments help to build a clear picture of presenting difficulties, risks, strengths and needs, supporting safe decision-making by the clinical team and agreed onward care.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Evidence-based CBT interventions are delivered online by trained clinicians, with a focus on agreed goals, practical strategies and measurable change.
Goal-Based Interventions (GBI)
Goal-Based Interventions support individuals to identify what they want to change and track progress throughout their sessions.

Healios partners with NHS services and Health Boards to deliver timely, evidence-based online autism, ADHD and mental health services for children, young people and adults. Our flexible model expands local capacity and supports access to care in collaboration with local teams.
Healios’ clinical services
Healios provides a range of online clinical services aligned to NICE guidance and local pathways for children from six years, young people and adults. Services can be commissioned individually or as part of a wider, needs-led pathway.

Our multidisciplinary clinical team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, paediatricians, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and specialist nurses, supported by robust clinical governance.
