Complaints
We work hard to deliver care to a high standard, and we hope you never need to raise a concern. If you’re unhappy with any part of your experience with Healios, we want to hear from you.
Please do not use this page in an emergency.
If you or someone else is at immediate risk, call 999 or go to your nearest Accident and Emergency (A&E) department. If you need urgent mental health support, contact your GP, NHS 111, or your local crisis service.
