What happens when you contact us
When you complete the form on this page, the process is usually:
- Initial review
A member of our partnerships team reviews the information you share about your organisation and area of interest. - Follow-up contact
We contact you to suggest a time for an initial call or to clarify any points if needed. - Exploring options
In that conversation, we discuss your current position, outline where Healios may be able to support and agree whether it makes sense to continue the discussion.
From there, next steps will depend on your context. This might include further meetings with clinical, operational or commissioning colleagues, or sharing additional information where helpful.
There is no obligation to proceed. Completing the form simply creates a clear starting point for a structured discussion.

Healios works alongside NHS organisations to:
- provide additional digital capacity for autism, ADHD and related mental health services
- deliver online assessments and support within existing local pathways
- share activity and outcomes data that can be used in performance and assurance discussions
- apply clear clinical governance, information governance and safeguarding frameworks
We currently work with:
- CAMHS and neurodevelopmental services
- community and specialist mental health teams
- Health Boards and Trust-led services
- ICB and regional commissioning teams
For a broader overview of our role with NHS partners, you can visit For healthcare organisations and Our work with the NHS.
Information we typically ask for
The form is kept as simple as possible, but usually includes:
- your organisation (local service, Health Board or ICB) and team/service
- your role
- which areas you are interested in (for example autism assessments, ADHD assessments, mental health support, Integrated Treatment Services)
- a short description of your current position or challenges
- an indication of timescales (exploratory, planning, or time-sensitive)
There is also space to add any additional context you would like us to know before we speak.
How we support different teams in a partnership discussion
As conversations progress, different teams are often involved. We can:
- speak with service leaders about pathways, referral criteria and performance measures
- provide clinical information for lead clinicians and governance forums
- share governance and assurance information with IG, IT and procurement colleagues
- help commissioning teams understand how our model can fit within local and system-level priorities
If you already know which teams should be involved, you can mention this when you contact us.
