Our team has a deep understanding of NHS service delivery, with team members who have worked in and managed NHS services. This enables us to rapidly mobilise new services using proven, reliable methodologies. We work closely with you to:
- Establish clear referral criteria and an activity schedule
- Deliver dynamic activity and outcomes dashboards
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure services operate smoothly and predictably
We prioritise simple, clear referral pathways, supported by administrative guides and templates. Our processes minimise unnecessary steps and avoid confusion by defining response times and points of contact, and streamlining workflows.

FAQs for NHS partners
How can Healios help reduce CAMHS waiting lists quickly?
Healios provides additional digital capacity for autism, ADHD and related mental health services, using referral criteria agreed with local teams. Because appointments are delivered online, sessions can be scheduled flexibly and offered to people across a wider geographical area, helping reduce waiting times more quickly than traditional models alone. Our Outcomes and impact page shares examples of how partners have used Healios to address backlogs.
Which NHS services does Healios support?
Healios works with CAMHS, neurodevelopmental services, community and specialist mental health teams, and with ICBs and Health Boards that commission system-wide solutions. The model can be adapted for both Trust-led and ICB-led pathways. You can read more on our Our work with the NHS and Clinical services pages.
Is Healios suitable for ICB-led commissioning?
Healios works with commissioners at ICB and regional levels. We provide clear service descriptions and governance information, outcomes and activity data suitable for system-level reporting, and flexible models aligned with local priorities around access and equity. Our Safety, compliance & integration and Outcomes and impact pages provide more information for commissioners.
