How to log in
Use this page if you already have a Healios account and need to join an online session, check your appointments or read messages from your clinical team.
If you have received a referral letter or email that mentions Healios, you will be able to use the log in button below once your account has been activated and you have received your Healios welcome email.
If your appointment is with Melios
Some private autism and ADHD assessments, post diagnosis support and ITS-style services are delivered through Melios, our private service within the Healios family. Even if your emails mention Melios, you’ll still use the same Healios login page.
If your email or letter mentions Melios, please:
- follow the link in your Melios welcome email to activate your account, then
- use the Healios log in button on this page with the same email address and password.
About your login
Clients, children, young people and families
If you or your child have been referred to Healios by the NHS or through the Right to Choose route, you can:
- join your online appointments
- view upcoming sessions
- read messages and information from your clinical team
- access any resources that have been shared with you.
Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password:
- select the “Forgotten your password?” link on the log in page
- enter the email address you used to register
- follow the instructions in the email you receive.
If you do not receive a reset email after a short time, please:
- check your junk or spam folder
- make sure you have used the same email address that you used when you registered
contact us via the Contact page if you still cannot access your account.
Need help logging in?
If you are having trouble logging in, please contact us through our Contact page with:
- your full name
- the email address you are trying to use
- whether your appointment is with Healios or Melios
- a short description of the issue.
We will get back to you as soon as we can.
Schools, services and professionals
If your school, college or service has been given a separate portal link, please use the log in details and link provided in your email or welcome pack.
If you are a Healios clinician or staff member, please use the internal systems and links provided by the Healios team, rather than this public log in page.
