We provide neurodevelopmental and mental health care primarily through virtual services for children, young people, adults and families, delivered via our secure clinical platform. While we are a remote-first organisation, some roles involve in-person delivery to meet specific service needs. This needs-led approach helps us deliver timely, expert-led care, while creating a supportive and sustainable working environment for our teams.
For our clinicians, this means working within clear, evidence-based frameworks, supported by strong clinical leadership and specialist teams, including Safeguarding, Governance and multidisciplinary colleagues.
